T-BUMP, Louise Dejoie, 71 rue Veuve Lacroix, 92250 La Garenne-Colombes, is the data controller. Contact: contact@t-bump.com.
Data collected
When an order is placed or contact is made, T-BUMP collects the name, email address, delivery and billing address, telephone number if provided, the content of the order and exchanges with customer service. Payment is processed by the provider indicated at the time of payment. T-BUMP does not retain bank card data. A change of provider does not change this rule.
The site may also receive technical browsing data (IP address, device type, pages viewed) via the host and, if the visitor accepts them, via cookies.
Why
This data is used to take the order, deliver it, handle a return, a warranty or a complaint, and to reply to messages. The legal basis is performance of the contract, and the legal accounting and warranty obligations.
A marketing message is sent only with the customer's consent, which they may withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link or by writing to contact@t-bump.com.
Who has access
The data is accessible to T-BUMP. It is passed on only to those who fulfill the order: the host Shopify, the payment provider of the moment, the carrier, and the designer of the piece to the extent necessary for production, shipping or the examination of a return. No data is sold.
Retention period
Order data is kept for the duration of the relationship, then archived for the legal accounting and warranty periods. Marketing messages are kept until consent is withdrawn. Browsing data follows the lifespan of cookies.
Rights
The customer may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of their data, by writing to contact@t-bump.com. They may also refer the matter to the CNIL (the French data protection authority), www.cnil.fr.
Where data is stored
The site runs on Shopify, whose servers may be located outside the European Union, notably in Canada or the United States. Your data remains protected there: this storage is governed by European rules (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses of the European Commission). T-BUMP does not send it anywhere else.
